Pu1752 is a polyurethane enamelled wire insulation paint with good salt free pinhole performance and high heat resistance. It can meet various demanding salt water resistance pinhole tests, including salt water pinhole after stretching, kneading and bending. At the same time, it maintains excellent heat shock resistance and softening breakdown resistance. The softening breakdown constant temperature method can reach 260 ℃. It is very suitable for felt coating and has excellent surface control ability. It is used for the production of polyurethane enamelled wire with high thermal performance below 0.80mm.
